| Justification to Fill a Vacancy Form | This form needs to be completed by hiring managers for benefited state or trust funded positions only (that haven’t already received approval) and submitted to Human Resources in order to begin the approval process for the filling of vacancies and offering promotions. Once approved, the hiring manager will be asked to complete the Request for Posting form. For sponsored positions the hiring manager need only complete a Request for Posting form. |
