This nine-month tenure-track position will teach courses in Clinical Laboratory Instrumentation as well as Physiological Chemistry and Organic Reactions and Structures, as well as have responsibilities coordinating respective teaching laboratories. Develop industry relations for Clinical Sciences option students for senior research projects/internship programs with biotechnology, biomedical device, and pharmaceutical companies. Supervise student research on campus, advise students, conduct research and pursue external funding, and participate in faculty governance and professional service. The Department of Clinical Laboratory and Nutritional Sciences is an academic unit in the School of Health and Environment. The Department offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences with options in Clinical Sciences, Medical Technology and Nutritional Sciences. The Department also offers a Master of Science Program in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, a combination BS/MS program and a Graduate Certificates in Clinical Pathology, Nutritional Sciences and Public Health Laboratory Sciences.
