Art Gallery Exhibit & Reception - 12/18 5 p.m.
The UML Art Department and the College of Arts and Sciences, division of Fine Arts, are pleased to present the Fall 2008 BFA Exhibition in the Dugan and University Galleries from Dec 16 - 18, 2008. This biannual exhibition showcases the senior projects from the Art & Design studios and features a variety of media including advertising campaigns, animation, illustration, painting, photography, product design, sculpture and web-site design. Reception tonight with buffet of hot and cold refreshments will be served in both galleries.

You don't need a a telescope to capture wide-field shots of the moon, planets, and the stars. Imelda B. Joson and her husband Edwin L. Aguirre of UMass Lowell Public Affairs Office will show you how you can obtain such celestial portraits using only a camera mounted on a tripod. Part of Parker Lecture Series.

The Campus Recreation Center will be hosting a 2-Day NETA Personal Training Certification Class. Cost $399. NETA recommends that you purchase Fitness Professional's Handbook for $45 to help you prepare for the course. This certification class is available to the entire UMass Lowell Community as well as the general public.
